Process the client helm visibility toggle.

Syntax
/showhelm <true|false>
Arguments
Position is zero-based in sep, after a registered database subcommand has been removed. Internal action tokens remain at position 0. Angle brackets are required; square brackets are optional. Alternative forms may change field meanings.

Behavior and restrictions
- Both branches toggle hide flags. showhelm and showhoodorhelm return without action on client versions <=561. showhood works on classic clients; true also toggles helm on versions >561.
- showhelm true toggles helm and hood; false toggles helm. showhood true/false toggle hood. showhoodorhelm true/false toggle both. Invalid values produce diagnostics.

Permissions
Local database snapshot, October 6, 2026: /showhelm requires status 0 (handler 153). Other worlds may configure different values.
The dispatcher checks the resolved registration status before invoking the handler. In-handler guild, group, ownership, client-version and target checks still apply.
